Structural Steelwork

Our structural steelwork division handles everything from portal frames and mezzanine floors to complex multi-storey steel structures. We fabricate to BS EN 1090-1 up to and including Execution Class 2 under a UKCA-certified factory production control, with all connections designed by our in-house structural engineer or in collaboration with your project engineer. Recent structural projects include a 500m² agricultural building frame, a mezzanine floor for a distribution centre, and structural steelwork for a coastal hotel extension. We manage the full process from design and detailing through fabrication, surface treatment, delivery, and site erection — providing a single point of responsibility.

Project Management

Full project management from design through installation and commissioning. Our experienced team coordinates all aspects of delivery, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder communication.

For complex or multi-phase projects, our dedicated project management service ensures everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry to final handover. Each project is assigned a named project manager who coordinates design, procurement, fabrication, quality, logistics, and installation. We use structured project plans with regular progress reporting, and we're experienced in working within CDM regulations and principal contractor frameworks. Recent managed projects include a full steelwork package for a school extension, phased installation of architectural metalwork across a multi-site retail rollout, and a marine fabrication project requiring IACS classification society approval.

Our factory production control is independently certified for the manufacture of structural steel fabrications and components, so the steelwork we supply can carry the UKCA mark with a declaration of performance.
