This page explains what we store on your device when you visitrwgengineering.co.uk, and how to change your mind.

Your choice comes first

Nothing optional is loaded until you choose. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics is only loaded if you press Accept — if you pressDecline, or ignore the banner, it is never loaded at all.

What we store

• Your cookie choice (essential). We save your answer in your browser's local storage under rwg_cookie_consent so we do not ask again on every page. It contains only your preference and the date you gave it. It stays until you clear your browser data.
• Google Analytics (optional, off by default). If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies — typically_ga and _ga_<id> — to measure which pages are visited and how people find the site. These expire after up to two years. We use this only to improve the site.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share this data for marketing.

Changing your mind

To withdraw or change your consent, clear this site's data in your browser (in most browsers: the padlock icon in the address bar → site settings → clear data). The banner will appear again on your next visit so you can choose afresh.

You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings. The site will continue to work normally.
